Delegate Fee for the XXXI ISSCT Congress*	Rs. 35000 + 18% GST	Rs. 50000 + 18% GST	The Congress fee includes access to all sessions, publications, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, daily lunch, hotelvenue transfers, welcome cocktails, cultural evening and Congress gala dinner. The fee does not include air ticket & accommodation costs.
Fee for the Accompanying person* (At Hyderabad)	Rs. 22000 + 18% GST	Rs. 25000 + 18% GST	The fee covers entry to the entire exhibition, poster areas, Welcome Cocktails, Lunch and Gala Dinner on Inaugural Day, Farewell Dinner, Pick-up and Drop from the Official Hotels to Congress Venue. The fee does not include air ticket & accommodation costs.
Pre Congress Tour Fee for Delegates Persons	Rs. 15000 + 18% GST	Rs. 17000 + 18% GST	The fee for delegates covers pick-up and drop from the Lucknow airport to the respective hotels on 16 Feb. 2023, Tour to field and factories on 17–18 Feb. 2023, Drop to Lucknow airport on 19 Feb. 2023 for onward journey to Hyderabad, Lunch, English Speaking guides, Transport. Excludes air ticket & accommodation costs.
Pre Congress Tour Fee for Accompanying Persons	Rs. 15000 + 18% GST	Rs. 17000 + 18% GST	The fee for accompanying person covers Pick-up and Drop from the Lucknow airport to the respective hotels on 16 Feb. 2023, Local Sightseeing Tour of Lucknow on 17–18 Feb. 2023, Drop to Lucknow airport on 19 Feb. 2023 for onward journey to Hyderabad, Lunch, Transport, English Speaking guides, Entry Ticket to Monuments. Excludes air ticket & accommodation costs.
Post Congress Tour Fee Per Delegate with 5 star accommodation/persons Post Congress Tour Fee Per Delegate with 4 star accommodation/person ***	Rs. 59000 + 18% GST Rs. 52000 + 18% GST	Rs. 59000 + 18% GST Rs. 52000 + 18% GST	The above fee covers 3 nights accommodation on twin sharing basis, with 6 major meals (3 lunches + 3 dinners) in a restaurant/city hotels. The above fee also includes Monument Entry Fee at Delhi/Pune/Agra, Transportation by Air Conditioned Volvo Coaches & English speaking guides. The delegates will have to book and pay for their own Air Tickets for the sector Hyderabad to Delhi for Group A and Hyderabad to Pune, Pune to Delhi for Group B. However, the transportation of the delegates from Hyderabad airport to Delhi/Pune and at Pune/Delhi/Agra will be organized by the COC as per the programme. • The Indian delegates have the opportunity to pay the ISSCT Individual membership fee in Indian Rupees by remitting Rs.8400/- in favour of “COC XXXI ISSCT Congress India” to the HDFC Bank Ltd., A/C No.: 50100376274981, RTGS/NEFT IFSC Code - HDFC0001385. The delegate making the payment are also requested to fill up the enclosed ISSCT individual membership form and mail it to the ISSCT Secretariat at : issct@intnet.mu with a copy to office@staionline.org
