Terms & Conditions
- The giver room tariff is on per room per night basis
- The tariff is inclusive of room, breakfast & applicable govt taxes
- Check in Time at hotel is 1400Hrs & check out time is 12 Noon
- Booking of the rooms at the given hotels are first come first serve basis
- Since the accommodation rates are dynamic so the rooms will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation or an actual blocking.
- Pick and Drop Facility will only be provided to the delegates selecting Official Hotels only
